Jacob Heinrich was frequently called Jacob or Jacob Henry. There is some discrepancy surrounding his death date. His cemetery stone gives a date of January 4, 1895 while the official Monroe County Ohio Death Records, give a date of June 4, 1896. Cause of death was given as old age. He came to Ohio with his wife and son from Germany around 1855 as a farmer. Both he and his wife lived into their 80's and are buried together in Sardis Hill Cemetery (cemetery stone).
